Hi, I’m Amanda—welcome to my space in the podcast world, where mindfulness meets real life.

My meditations often include references to the professional and entrepreneurial space because that’s been my world for nearly 25 years. It’s where I’ve grown, stumbled, and learned—and those experiences naturally shape the words I share here. Through this podcast, I’m not just offering guided meditations; I’m sharing the exact pep talks and calming strategies I turn to in my own life, paired with music that brings me peace.

I’m also a certified RYT-200 yoga teacher, and that training has deepened my connection to mindfulness and the breath. It’s helped me root these meditations in presence and intention, while still leaving room for honesty and imperfection.

What I love most about meditation is that it’s not about achieving anything—it’s about simply showing up. There’s no final destination, no badge to earn. Just you, your breath, and the practice of being present. My hope is that these meditations create a space where you feel seen, supported, and safe—especially during the moments that feel the hardest.
